新加坡2015年9月8日電 /美通社/ -- 領(lǐng)先的國際海事出版商兼本活動主辦方 Seatrade 公布第八屆 Seatrade亞洲海事頒獎典禮（Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia）的入圍者名單。54 位入圍者憑借優(yōu)異表現(xiàn)在各種艱難的運營環(huán)境中成功脫穎而出，獲得獨立評審團的一致肯定。
“今年，我們收到了數(shù)量龐大的提名與參選申請。”Seatrade 亞洲海事新聞編輯兼評審團主席 Marcus Hand 先生表示，“申請者的質(zhì)量與表現(xiàn)都非常優(yōu)秀，完全體現(xiàn)了海事業(yè)中特有的堅忍不拔和推陳出新的精神，在面臨挑戰(zhàn)時勇于逆流直上，不斷超越自我。”至今，評審團已收到了將近100份申請，爭奪在12個公開獎類別中的殊榮。
作為亞洲物流及航運會議的合作伙伴活動，第八屆 Seatrade 亞洲海事頒獎典禮將在今年首次于香港物流及航運周同期舉行。這場由國際新聞記者 Sharanjit Leyl 女士主持的頒獎慶祝晚宴將于2015年11月16日在香港會議展覽中心會議廳內(nèi)隆重舉行，屆時將會在預計有500位海事與物流業(yè)界高管參與的正式晚宴中公布獲獎?wù)呙Q。此外，當晚的重點還將聚焦于特殊獎項頒獎典禮，當中所涉及的獎項包括了極少數(shù)的特定人士才能獲得的 Seatrade 終身成就獎 -- 這項特殊獎項旨在表揚獲獎?wù)咴趤喼藓Ｊ骂I(lǐng)域內(nèi)所作出的重大與持久的貢獻。
