電氣和電子工程師協(xié)會(IEEE)宣布將推出14種全新的黃金完全開放存取期刊，涵蓋廣泛的技術(shù)，包括電信、計(jì)算機(jī)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、汽車技術(shù)、信號處理、工業(yè)應(yīng)用、電力和能源等。新的期刊將于2019年秋季開始接受投稿，并于2020年初發(fā)表首批文章。作為一個(gè)非營利性組織，IEEE也是電氣工程及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，根據(jù)期刊影響因子，電氣和電子工程領(lǐng)域的24大期刊中有23種由IEEE出版。
